Took my Mercedes SUV here to diagnose a rear defro...

Took my Mercedes SUV here to diagnose a rear defrost issue (likely a fuse) after my rear glass was broke. Insurance was paying for the service. Their policy is 1) $230 just to diagnose and 2) they hold your car until the insurance payment clears. If your car is done today, you can't pick it up until 10 days - 2 weeks (or more) until insurance pays. Awful Policy! Took my business elsewhere.
