I've been a Timmons of LB customer for 10 years. They provide the best service and truly care about all of their customers. I feel like part of the timmons family :) I like that they don't have a high employee turnover. It's nice to see and deal with the same amazing employees every time I'm out there. I was there today getting some work done on my car and a few of the employees were happy to see me and remembered that I am a "regular" customer. Their service department is also great. They get really busy so it's best to make an appointment whenever you need to go. The cashiers are always friendly. Their merchandise is always updating and changing. Everytime I go there I end up walking out with new merchandise. Overall just a great dealership. Glad I can count on my Timmons family for all my VW needs. :)
