The establishment is doing the best it can during the pandemic but service still leaves much to to be desired. Three calls to the front desk went unanswered as the hotel room did not have bath towels. For breakfast, I waited 20 minutes to be seated. Another twenty minutes for my breakfast order to be taken and then another 20 minutes for juice to arrive. So 1 hr wait for the first item to arrive at breakfast. It is tough to be critical of service when the world is still in a pandemic, but the hotel should seriously consider revising its offerings if it cannot accommodate the limited number of guests. After 1 hr and 20 minutes I had to go ask for a coffee. Why could it not have one person to provide juice and coffee as soon as you sit down? Why could breakfast not be by pre-reservation or pre-ordering only? Other establishments have this figured out. Surprising such a good hotel can't get this right. Disappointing...
