Sterling McCall Acura completed my service in a timely, professional manner. Everything completed to my satisfaction. When I arrived I was greeted by their representative, Adonis. Adonis had excellent customer interaction, informed me who my advisor was and got the appointment under way. Mr. Antonio informed me what was being done that day and made extra effort to get me over to my job on time after getting checked in. The service manager, Tim, drove me over to my job a short distance away when the van driver was assisting another customer! I appreciated all their extra efforts on my behalf. They called and texted when the work was complete. Sterling's great staff worked hard to please their customers.
