The hotel is nice and very clean, however the staff was not at all on top of their game. A reservation for 5 rooms was a complete mess and whenever we wanted the shuttle we were told it was unavailable because guests may need transportation to the airport, although we witnessed several bachelorett parties being shuttled around during our stay.
