Super awesome experience, as I am super passionate about health&fitness I never thought I would have so much fun along the way through the course with learning too. Left with lost of smiles laughs and confident people who also learned more than ever expected. I am 19 years old and it wasn t that I COULDNT but I didn t WANT to touch my phone through the whole experience and that s a lot to say for this generation. Highly recommend, not only canfitpro but the brilliant and entertaining Daniel Smith! He really brought more than asked for to the table
