My father had open heart surgery and all I can say is wow. The Physicians are amazing, everything else was a disappointment. The nurses on the floor came into his room @ 7am, and 4, and never came back. They actually had a birthday party for one of the nurses right outside of his room, and ignored the patients. He had vomited coming from ICU to his step down floor and no one wiped his mouth or changed his clothes. The food was awful, high in sodium, and not nutritious for a cardiac patient at all.
He went without pain meds because the nurse forgot to come to his room. For a 5 star hospital this was really sad, he had a procedure last year at Doctor s hospital and can t speak more highly of it.
