I actually did buy a car here once almost 2 years ago. I figured I would try it again. I did like the sale person and he was still working there. The issue is negotiating with sales managers. Last time I was on my way out when they finally gave me the deal I wanted. This time it was the same hassle, prove how much they actually show online then they suddenly can honor the price. Before that they only show you the manufacture rebates. You know they have dealer discounts on top of that but they really don't want you to know this and it's like pulling teeth. Every time they have to discuss price options it's at lest 20 minutes. You may notice they are all just having casual conversations vs actually working on your deal. I showed them another dealer with a higher MSRP that was giving a much higher discount for a very similar truck. Once I did that the sales manager didn't want to talk anymore and said well that's just not the same we aren't even going to compare that. We were within 1000$ of a deal and the way I was just blown off really upset me. What a piece of arrogant work. Fight for over an hour to get close to what the truck should really cost and then act so unprofessional and immature. It's Christmas eve and I didn't want to stay all day. This was the worst sales manager I've ever had to deal with and so rude. I think I will go back to Lakeland Dodge and get the much better deal for a better equipped Ram.
