"Daily Flavor Experiments & Modern Interpretations of Everyday Food"

This was my first experience with Edison. My partner and I dined late last night and were happy to have been served by Marysol. Folks, it will serve you well to ask to be seated at one of her tables. She was extremely helpful in navigating us through the complex menu and was very attentive throughout our dinner service. As foodies, we dine out often. For us, Marysol's service was one of the best of the year.

As the menu changes daily, allow me to recommend a few items. We first shared the goat cheese truffles along with the tangy, buffalo cauliflower. We then sampled a steak tartare - which for my partner was good, for me, not so much. We ended our experience with pan seared scallops on a bead of "dirty rice". We'll be back for more.
