My mother has been with Bayada for years now. The home health aides range from wonderful to criminal with everything in between. However, the biggest problem is the coordinator, Evelyn. 1)Multiple people have to contact her just to get her to schedule coverage that Bayada is already getting paid for. 2)Even with the people contacting her, she'll blame the lack of coverage on the aide "not showing up" when she already knew the coverage was needed and just didn't schedule it. 3)She has sent aides to my mother that my mother didn't want there after the aide was going through my mother's belongings, bullying her, and attempting to steal from her. Nobody should have to worry about their sick loved one either receiving no care when it's paid for, or about them being mistreated by the aides. Choose a different agency.
