First, I was charged $550 for alterations. I understand that many dresses have lace and require a great amount of detail, time and hard work that go into alterations. My dress, was taken up 1 from shoulders and 2.5 from length. That is all. That is all, $550.

Second, my dress around the breast area could have actually been taken in some (picture attached). I mean, if I m paying this much for alterations, please do an adequate job. Also, the alteration was done just one week prior to wedding so weight was not an issue.

Third, they messed up one of my bridesmaids orders and literally did nothing to help/fix the issue. They basically said, well, it s her loss, I don t know what you want us to do .

Okay, that s not what a bride wants to here. My dress, in and of itself was gorgeous. I loved the brand (Matthew Christopher). However, I m paying $3,500 on the dress, $550 in alterations and it looks like this? Not completely satisfied. What is that lining that you see the alteration line on at the bottom of my dress? (It s the huge inch that they tucked up). Through what these ladies put me through is not worth their business.

I think this company chooses quality and nice dresses but I had an awful experience.
