We recently stayed at the resort for our anniversary, as we do every year. This time around we were charged over $400 dollars for the room. It is what it is, that s our anniversary destination. This time around the room we were in was absolutely disgusting. Hair and mold on the vent for the shower, long hairs and pubic hairs on the floor, walls and all over the tub. Hopefully it will let me post the pictures. We recommend if you decide to stay at the resort, carefully inspect the room you are given before you get comfortable. We let the resort know we were very disappointed and showed them the photos and received a less than sincere apology from the front desk gentleman. With further banter with the management staff about our experience they decided a $110 refund was appropriate. Needless to say this will be our last trip to the resort and will not recommend it to anyone we travel with. Thanks for nothing Grand Geneva.
