This is the authentic Chinese food with an American twist that I've been waiting for. The Chairman Bao has the marbled pork belly that my Chinese grandfather has made for decades, wrapped in a perfectly white steamed bun. The taste is right on point with authentic chinese cooking, but the presentation is like mini sliders/tacos. At first, I thought $3.50 for a bao was pretty cheap but I will admit that you need 3-4 to fill you up.
