As a really novice (nervous) driver, I had a really high standard for what car would be right for me. I wanted something that I felt safe in, looked great, and was appropriate for city driving. I was ready to walk away after test driving the x1 but Santiago insisted I try the x3 instead, and I'm so glad he did. Santiago worked diligently to secure the availability color preferences and add-ons. He was patient no matter how many questions I texted him and times I changed my mind.
