Very bad experience, nobody picked up the customer...

Very bad experience, nobody picked up the customer service phone, never update the delivery status. Supposed to arrive yesterday, but it has not arrived yet. Better to self collect the books.

(Update) items received with 1 day late. But still advise to select self collection option next time.
