A little over a year ago I purchased a new ram diesel. I signed my contract and took my truck and they took my trade in. They lost my paperwork and sent someone to my house to have me sign another contract. After that they then made me go back and sign another contract. They failed to send my payoff on my trade in and my credit score plummeted. This happened after continuously being in contact with the dealership and them ensuring me the payoff was being sent. Once this happened I went and spoke to the GSM . He basically walked me out of the dealership and told me he would try and resolve this. After months of no communication I went back into the dealership to find out the old GSM was no longer with them. The new GSM was very nice and she admitted fault on behalf of the dealership. She also ensured me that she would look into the matter and get back to me. Now it s been months since then and over a year since this dealership destroyed my credit. I was unable to purchase a home and make any other large purchases after what this dealership did to me. I asked for a resolution more than once and was denied.
