An episode of vertigo and a badly infected ear landed me in the ER. Upon discharge, I contacted my longtime ENT practice for followup care. I left messages and no one returned my calls. After a few days I called Boulder Valley Ear Nose & Throat. To my surprise, a PERSON answered the phone! They got me in the next day. Dr. Maschka took great care of me by diagnosing and treating the cause of my vertigo and effectively treating my ear infection. He is continuing to followup on my situation.
