For a Hilton hotel I had higher expectations. Decor was very outdated and in the middle of the night the panel on the air conditioning fell on my head. I also had to pay for wifi in my room which is usually free in other hotels in downtown Houston that I stay at. When checking in the front desk woman was also very snappy and seemed like she didn't want to be there. The only reason it got 3 stars was because it's in a great location (park and several restaurants walking distance), the gym had pretty views of downtown and while the valet was expensive, the guys working it were always very friendly.
