I'm in the process of renewing my mortgage and it'...

I'm in the process of renewing my mortgage and it's been a complete headache, if I could give less than one star I would. My mortgage renewal specialist is impossible to get a hold of, her phone doesn't seem to take voicemail, she doesn't reply to emails and when I get the call centre to leave her a message to call me back, she never does. The time I got a hold of her, we agreed on a rate and due to covid-19 she said she'll email me my renewal papers..... One week later, I'm still waiting.. I'm going to attempt one more time come Monday, if not ill just take my business else where.
