Service in BEFORE store was good. Now it is a kind of cubicles where they literally put you on the page you buy. I can do that from home and without being rushed.

The worst thing is the service, it is just terrible. If you buy, decide well if you want to collect in store or shipping because for nothing in the world can you make changes. They also do not make partial deliveries, therefore if you buy 20 items and one has 6 days of delivery, they will stop everything until that item arrives. In addition, they do not begin to process the order until the payment is registered, which if it is by card takes 1 to 2 business days, which is rare because in Amazon or ML it is processed in minutes.

The last case I had, I placed an order for 4 items and as one has not arrived they cannot deliver the rest to me. They do not answer in their order module, they do not answer emails, they do not answer the phone, I went to the store and they told me I have to call. Finally after 15 attempts they answer me and tell me that nothing can be done. Due to a mouse that does not arrive, I am stopped from picking up a motherboard and I cannot arm my PC. It is not possible that in the XXI century they cannot make a partial assortment. Then I talk to them by messenger, they answer me and when I expose my problem they let me see it. Really unfortunate delivery times, archaic systems and lousy customer service. They are always pure courage with them.
