I started using this agency a few years ago and I have to say, this is one of the most customer service oriented companies I've EVER dealt with. The Owner, Mark, is friendly and very helpful. I've had multiple times where I had a question about my coverages and he personally took the time to answer everything and explain it to me. While I've been a customer, I have moved a few times and changed vehicles a few times. When my policy needed to be adjusted to reflect those changes, I called the office and his staff made sure I had what I needed. All in all, I would recommend this company to everyone and in actuality, I have recommended and will continue to do so. Thank you Mark and your great team at Rafail Insurance Group.
