I hate buying cars but have bought many through the years and this was one of my most positive experiences. The reviews for this dealership give it a bad rap but we had a great experience. I understand they have a relatively new GM... he must have turned the place around from the reviews I am reading that are negative. Our salesman, Kevin, was great. Personable and down to earth. The process, even though painful at times, was a good one and I would definitely buy another car from them anytime. Even the finance guy, Paul, was nice and made the experience a good one. I'm hoping their service department will be just as good.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I understand why this dealership doesn't take you back to the service department. They are awful from the minute you walk in. I have had MANY new vehicles and never had the kind of service I received today. From getting me confused with another person's paperwork, to not calling to say the car was ready, to the car NOT BEING ready when I picked it up (NOT all the work was done). I could go on and on about how I will NEVER take my car to this location or buy another car but just suffice it to say . they need work.

Please, Acuracarland .. Your sales department (even though they delivered the vehicle without a walk through and my car had a tear in the leather seat that I didn't realize until I got home, and even though my salesman was forgetful and hasn't returned phone calls) . I was still impressed from your typical salesman.

If I had to buy another car from there I would use MARCUS. He always wants to help even when he knows you are using another salesman!!!!
