Very bad telephone service. There are already several people who ask for the same thing (derived from other entities) and who have literally cut off the phone. To me today at 12:40 p.m. an unfriendly lady. I don't know if the staff is overworked or a fan of the law of least effort, but neither of these cases should include the method of hanging up the phone on the callers.
