My husband ordered a burger and house fries and the burger contained a long piece of stringy hair. We then contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager who was unfriendly; and did not seem to really care offered us 50% off our next order. We are very upset, we eat there all the time and don't feel like the situation was rectified.
