I cannot recommend Sheik N in sales and Sebastian W in service enough. I am extremely specific with what I want with my vehicles, and both Sheik and Sebastian "get" me. Both are professional, thorough and pleasant to deal with and always accessible. You may pay more at MB of Manhattan vs driving 2 hours into PA or Long Island, but both have made working with the dealership beyond easy. Saving me time is worth it to me.
