They have been doing our HOA landscaping, and are simply horrible at their jobs. Site managers make hollow promises, work is mediocre, they miss entire islands and say oops. We pay for 100% of the work, not 80% of the work. Their bids for separate projects are misleading at best. Had a quote from them to cut 3-5 trees, for over $1300, when asked to clarify, we were then told, it would be 1 tree and trimming back 2 others. That's not how it works when you sign a contract. They have a top down problem and need to get their stuff together. It is clear they are mediocre at best.
