Did a marvelous job on repairing my ring I'm very grateful!

My experience at Karen s Jewelers was fantastic! I came here to get a ring sized and Bruce was extremely friendly and very easy to work with! I definitely recommend them and will go back in the future for any jewelry needs! All the staff is very friendly and helpful!

This place will nickel and dime you. Changed my wife $10 just to press the back of a watch back on. My mother in law took the back off to replace the battery and we couldn t get it to snap back on without the tool. Took my wife longer to pay than it did to take them to press the back of the watch back on. Lame and inconsiderate.

Beautiful pieces, great staff, and lay-a-way is still an option!! They're having a gem show this Thursday - Sunday, 9/21/17-9/23/17. Open til 6 Monday - Friday and til 5 on Saturday.

Great experience having a diamond reset. DeWayne was really helpful and I appreciated that he kept me updated on everything since I had requested a very quick turnaround!

I was in search of a locally owned jewellery store to buy an engagement ring. I decided to give Karen's a try and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful and very patient with me even though I was very indecisive. Nobody was pushy and I never felt like I was trying to be up-sold to a more expensive ring. I also never felt like I was being talked down to as I have at other places. Ultimately I purchased from them, I liked what I saw and it was within my budget.



All in all great experience would do business again and would recommend 10/10.

I would like to thank Liz, Bruce and Jonathan at Karen's Jewelers! I just moved back to Oak Ridge and have gone to them several times since with issues with my watch and several rings. They were very pleasant and helpful! I had purchased jewelry from them when I lived here in 2006 and was very pleased with their service. I would highly recommended Karen's Jewelers!

I have a 2003 $1100.00 water resistant gucci man's watch that I wear on special occasions. The battery failed and Karen's jewelers replaced the battery, 6 months later I wore it to a summer indoor concert and moisture was under the crystal. They twisted the o-ring washer when sealing the case. The watch now has water stains on the inside face. It will now cost a few hundred dollars to have gucci fix it. I've had better care at Walmart on my cheap everyday watch. Thanks for destroying my expensive watch on a simple battery replacement.

Consistently helpful and polite as can be. My fiancee and I have purchased both her wedding band and engagement ring there through Bruce and have had nothing but an easy experience and time with him and the store. We plan to go back any time.

Shopping at Karen s Jewelers was a great idea! That had exactly what I was looking for and it was even at a lower price than other local stores! Bruce was very helpful and friendly! I would definitely go back!

I just recently had a blue topaz stone made into a ring. I took the stone in & consulted with Bruce on a design. I picked the ring up today & it is stunning! This is not the first time I have had jewelry designed by the staff at Karen s Jewelers. I have a beautiful amethyst necklace designed by them from another stone we purchased on a cruise. Jonathan designed a dogwood necklace & earrings from 24 carat gold for us to give to our daughter-in-law as a wedding gift. It was outstanding. I have a number of pieces of jewelry from Karen s & would not think of dealing with anyone else. They are helpful, kind, honest, & just wonderful people.

I stopped by today with my young daughter to get my watch fixed. It s a cheaper invicta brand watch in which the band broke. They were quick and I didn t feel judged for my brand of watch. They had a play corner for kids and even some m&ms that helped my daughter keep her hands off the pricey stuff. They were able to fix my watch quickly and were really nice and talkative to my daughter. Thanks again!

If you need help finding the perfect ring setting for a loose stone this is the place to go! They helped me find a great custom fit setting for my engagement stone.

The employees are warm and very attentive to everything you say. Jonathan is very patient and really takes the time to bust out all the options and visuals so I really felt like I knew what I was getting.

Very polite and personable. Needed an alert necklace and they had them in stock and offered rush engraving!

Went to have a ring repaired, told me it would be ready in a week. Called me the next day and it was ready. WOW !!! Did an excellent job, fast friendly and courteous. It s great to have a hometown store to do business with. Will definitely be back and recommend family and friends!!! Thank you all

My history with Karen's goes back about 22 years! I know I'm telling my age here but age is just a number. Mrs. Karen Hart was gracious enough to give me my very first job all those years ago. What she and her family gave me was more than just a part time job to a teenager. What I learned from them was so much more and I've carried those things with me all these years! I already knew I was one of those people who would chose quality over quantity. I've always been so drawn to precious gems and stones, from a very early age. Which started with "just plain old rocks and stones" I would find as a child. The impressions, knowledge and care this family left with me are priceless to this day. Karen's is the only place you will find such a personal experience! I know because I saw the dedication and service to their customers/clients behind the scenes and it was the same as it was 'out front'. Each person was and still is treated with respect and a degree of personal experience like no other. So, if you are looking for more than just a jewelry store then your search is over, Karen's is the only way to go! Thank you Karen for giving a teenager a chance and for what your family has taught me. It truly is priceless!
