Ken did a thorough job of servicing our one year old Lennox furnace. He was courteous, pleasant and informative. He called to indicate he was running a bit late due to traffic. Ken had all the tools and instrumentation needed to perform the work and was well organized. Typical Quality Degree performance; Great communication and efficient service. I really liked the text stating who was coming including a photo of the technician.
