I recently had Jason from RCS to my house for an opener issue. I was all ready to have the opener replaced as it s given me a bunch of problems over the years. Jason didn t have a replacement opener on his truck so an order was placed. When he returned a few days later he had been thinking about my opener and the issues it was giving me. Before installing the new one he wanted to put some more tension on the spring, which then fixed the problem. It s nice to know that there are honorable repair men out there. Jason could have easily got me to drop $600 on a new opener. When my old opener finally quits, you bet I ll be calling RCS for a replacement.
