Wow! After reading all the reviews about John Nichols and actually getting to deal with him, I have to say he is everything the reviews say and some. The Rav4 was a surprise for Christmas!!!! John Nichols and his wife, Sandra, actually delivered the vehicle Christmas morning!! Now if that isn't going above and beyond then I don't know what is!!!! Thank you John Nichols for making that Christmas day the special one it turned out to be. He has not only made sure we were taken care of before the sale, but has also kept in touch and made sure we are taken care of after the sale. I recommend John Nichols to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle.
