Medicine in Motion called me 24 hours prior to my ...

Medicine in Motion called me 24 hours prior to my appointment to ask me to move it up, from 1pm to 10am, saying the Doctor wished to do a half day. I told them I had another appointment at 11:15 and they assured me I would be out by 11am if I can me at 10.
I arrived at 9:50 and was not moved to a room until 10:20, and not seen til 10:30. At which time I reminded to person attending to me of my time constraints. The first person seeing me said she would then need Dr. Mark Fletcher to see me as well.
I reminded her of the time once more, and she said it will be OK.
Dr. Fletcher did not come to see me and at 11am I put my coat on and proceeded back to reception. At reception I insisted that I be seen at my original 1pm slot, as this was unacceptable. It was at this point Dr. Fletcher appeared, saying he would see me now. I declined as I stressed that I had an 11:15 elsewhere.

I then left and tried to call into the office to ensure they would see me at 1pm. It took 7 consecutive calls before they answered. The place was empty when I left 1 minute previously.
After the phone was finally answered the receptionist was rude about the entire situation, and refused to commit to me being seen today. At which point I swore in frustration and told the receptionist I would be back in their office after my 11:15 appt.

It was at this point that Dr. Fletcher called my cell phone, while I was now with a client. I answered only to be lectured on my choice of Wordsworth I hung up the receptionists call in total frustration.
I proceeded to tell Dr. Fletcher that I was with a client t and that I would come to his office afterward, and I hung up.
Dr. Fletcher then called me a second time, totally disrespecting the fact I told him I was now keeping my appointment with a client and was busy,.

After I was finished keeping my own 11:15 appointment I headed back to Medicine In Motion and Dr. Fletcher proceeded to lecture me, and demanded that I apologize to his receptionist or he would refuse to finish his work. At which point I told him to go to hell and I left.

The pompous and entitled attitude of this Doctor and his office staff, the total lack of regard for clients schedules, and the way this office handled this situation, shifting the blame to me because I said a bad word when they screwed me over is just laughable.

If you can avoid this asshat s office I suggest you do.
