Our case was stressful.. From the beginning Mark was upfront with expected time frame and costs. We are happy he was recommended to us and (hope we never need his services again) but if we do we will use him again in a heartbeat. Mark was very good at keeping us informed and grounded with our expectations. His entire team worked hard for us and we are truly appreciative of all the work they did.
