Customer service non-existent, in the sense that it just isn't there. A disc responds to an issue in Milan and after a few strolls the conversation ends. There is a complicated website that in the end cannot find the solution to any problem that goes beyond standard procedures. Better to pay a little more and get service (not better service)!
Less than two hours after delivery of the new vehicle, it is not known what happened to my change in the policy. I don't know if I have to take the old vehicle to the dealer, if the date I indicated as the effective date is valid, etc.
