I went to Honda to get my AC fixed. Due to COVID all the parts were on backorder, which is understandable. I was very unpleased with the communication about the parts for my vehicle. It would be days or even a week and I wouldn't have heard anything. I was always the one reaching out for information. My car has been without AC now for almost 2 months.
