Been there to service my Acer laptop. Acer service desk is hiding inside the mall and quite confusing.
I visited general service center where they said, if the Acer service center can't resolve your problem then come to us we will resolve it. And the same was happened.
How come Acer is not having the battery for their own products and others have it?
The mall don't have much variety of laptops.
The employees seems to be chilling out and had no knowledge about the products.
Moreover a very time consuming visit.
