Rooms are spacious with modern decor. Bedroom has king with plenty of room to walk around and the bathroom isn't right on top of the bed. No need to worry about being awoken by your other in the middle of the night by a potty break. The bathroom is updated. Crabtree and Evelyn products are provided. Again there is room to move if you and a friend need to do your make up or get ready at the same time. The living room has room for the pull out bed. There is a sign on the tv that it may not always work and how you can fix it when "The Evil Queen casts her spell". We found it to be a not so fun game. The pull out couch had no cushioning and was very squeaky. We didn't try the bed. The dining table was nice, round and held 4 people. There was a mini fridge, tiny sink, and small coffee maker for individual cups. An ice bucket and cups were also provided.
Here are the really big downsides...
It's advertised no hidden fees. Parking fees are next to impossible to find on the site. I actually found it somewhere else. Parking is $20/day. You discover this at check in. **Pro Tip for my disabled friends** if you have a tag, they have approx 8 disability parking spots outside their gated parking. Park there. You will not be charged the daily fee. The fee is charged when you swipe your key card to open the gate!
You are told there is free WiFi. The catch is you have to be a Hilton rewards member. Gotcha!
Breakfast...something to skip. It's a lackluster buffet you are charged $20/person plus tip! The food was barely palatable. Eggs were wet rubber. Toast was kinda toasted in one side and white on the other. Couldn't adjust it. Biscuits were dry. Gravy was great! Fruit was amazing, but very limited selection. Even my husband who will eat anything want pleased with his plate. We were thankful our meal was comped.
Final biggest pet peeve...check in is at 4, which is late to begin with. We came at 4:30p from the parks to rest for a few and not be cheering in at midnight. Just wanted to come back and crash. Our room was not ready. Lady from NY said it would be at least another 20 minutes. She'd give us a key and we could come back after park closing. This defeated the purpose. I asked for another room and was told there weren't any to sit and wait. No apology. 15 minutes later another, longer lady comes over, apologizes, tells us she find another room and is giving us free breakfast. It was almost 5 by the time we were given our room keys.

Over all it's a 50/50 chance of staying here again. The room was mostly nice. Living room area needs some love. Tv- useless. Check-in staff and timeliness needs major improvement. Food, no thanks. Room, pretty clean. Towels, close to light grit sandpaper.
