I originally gave this company a three-star review...

I originally gave this company a three-star review, but then the owner called me while I was at work, pressured me into talking about why I wanted to "make (him) look bad on the internet", and then proceeded to call both my cell phone and my house many times that night.

When I called there originally I stated that I knew the issue was the SATA cable, and the representative told me it would be an "easy job. 3-5 days, and a $45 diagnostics fee." In total, the price of the repair job came to $157.07 and took over two weeks.
