I brought a steam iron, and was dissatisfied with it. Took it straight back to see if I could buy the next one up.... I was told no, because I have opened and used the product.

Then the manager walked off before finishing our conversation, the store was not busy.

I was unable to test the iron before purchase, however I'm left dissatisfied.
