so disappointed during the stay on 12.22.2018, it takes 2.5 hrs for checking in. we friends all brings families together, and booked the suite one month ago for holiday. while arrived the hotel, they just keep telling us everything is still under preparation.... on and on for 2.5 hrs. also the dinner buffet in Asia restaurant is not really worth it compared to its price.
