I m thankful that my building includes internet service with our apartment rental. Unfortunately the internet service with Paxio is often down or out. It seems that they provide high-quality speed and service, yet my experience has left both to be desired. It seems like internet access is a public utility - like water or power - and the customer service I have received when calling to report outages is somewhat unaware or insensitive to that idea. I would like to see Paxio improve their sensitivity to their customer when dealing with these issues. You can t apologize too many times when dealing with these kinds of situations IMO but I often get the impression I am imposing on their otherwise busy day by pressing on the need for reliable internet service.
