Loving my new 2018 BMW 330XI!! This deal would never have been made if it wasn't for the incredible time and effort given to me by Jaime Marcil, the salesperson I dealt with. Anybody looking for a BMW that wants someone with incredible knowledge of the product and is willing to answer any and all of your questions, look no further than Jaime. There were many times, that most if not all salespeople would give up on a deal because it takes too long, and the customer is asking many questions. Not Jaime, he was never bothered, remained professional and always made me feel like I was important as a customer. This is invaluable to a company. If I am the owner of that franchise, Jaime would be the person I would want to run the entire operation. You cannot find people like that anymore. When you have an employee like that, do your company a favor and put him in charge. Your bottom line will prove you made a great decision. By the way, I just met Jaime prior to my purchase of this vehicle. One other person I should mention is Andrew. He is totally underutilized. Belongs in a higher position. Andrew explained, after purchase, all of the technology features and instructions that are so important when you buy a BMW. Make sure, you ask for Andrew after purchase. He knows all the features inside and out. Thanks
