This was my first purchase of a new to me SUV...Allen was so wonderful with explaining absolutely everything!! I really felt I had all the information to make a big decision. After the sale he walked me through the whole building introduced me to people in other departments...i really enjoyed this experience and have told anyone who will listen!!
