I have been a Kaiser patient for over 40 years and my kids all in their 20s have been patients since birth and tonight I am disgusted with an employee who threatened my daughter, his name was Dennis from financial services/admitting dept. He refused to give information about who the manager was and threatened my daughter at the Sunset and Edgemont hospital. I have been in the medical field line of work and cant believe the horrible customer service.
