Took a 2013 macbook air in for a free estimate, which I really do appreciate, not a whole lot of companies offer things like that. I took the macbook in on the 27th of August, and was told it would take 2-3 days to get the estimate done as they had a few other things to do. After not receiving any calls or updates, I decided to call them on the 3rd of September. They told me they would get working on it, and said they would call me in an hour or so. No call, so I called them back on the 4th and they told me the estimated price was $249. No problem, but out of my budget, I declined the repair but was told that they'd call me in a few hours and maybe the price would be different. Once again, no call, so on the 5th i drove to their store and got the Macbook back myself. When i got home, i attempted to remove the bottom panel only to find 2 screws had been completely stripped. i drove to the store and asked why this had happened and been given to me like this, they took it back and 10 minutes later told me they would call me later because the screws were quite stuck and they didn't want to do any damage to the bottom panel. Writing this on the 5th without my macbook for another day. The staff is nice, and I wish this hadn't happen because i would love to give a better review.
