It was my 2nd stay in Hyatt Regency Kuantan. I decided to return for the love of the serenity of the area and mostly the awesome service from the staffs especially concierge team leader Aidil and his bell team Kamal plus great welcoming by Front Desk Manager Norzaini and Nurul. They are certainly great assets to Hyatt Regency Kuantan!!
