I loved working with Blue Note Bakery! They made my wedding cake dream come true. I wanted a basic cake with a henna-inspired piping design. Other bakeries were quoting me $17 per slice! Blue Note was able to compromise and give me the cake design I really wanted, while still staying in my budget. I was really particular about the quality of work (as the main component was the detailed piping) and when we went for the tasting (which is absolutely amazing break from the wedding planning) they had a sample of the specific gold color we requested and had done some piping on a cookie so we could see. They were so professional and always responded quickly to our emails. During the big day, I never saw or heard them, but the cake was there on time. Everyone at the wedding was amazed at their honeyrum fondant, so delicious!!! Will definitely use them again!
