FRAUDULENT CALL !! SCAM
A broker called my father, who doesn't speak French very well, to make a big SCAM. The lady requests the coordinates, says that she will send a membership form to be completed by email and post directly so that we have time to decide but she requests the code sent to the phone to make the electronic signature in place of my dad. The contract is then signed when my father never wanted insurance, we contact the number she provided us but no response, no return email was sent to us.
It's really dishonest people, we are currently asking to terminate the contract that we never signed, as we have 14 days to assert our right of withdrawal according to article L112-9 of the Insurance Code .

If the slightest withdrawal is made while we request the withdrawal of the contract we will file a complaint !!
