My partner who broke his arm 2 weeks ago(!) has Bern taken in +/- every day since then, having to present himself early in the morning - only to be sent home again in the afternoon without any Information if anything or rather that nothing was to happen that day! Worst Hospital I have ever come across, and I am a surgeon. If we had been told they have no capacity, we could have organised the Operation privately! But so??? Appalling! My German friends can hardly believe it!
