Had the worst experience ever. I placed a phone order for a specific time and when I went to pick up my food it wasn't ready. It wasn't even being processed. I was on my lunch and by the time my food came out I only had 5 mins left. So I couldn't eat my food and had to throw away my fries because they got cold. They only offered me a soda.. which I declined because I don't drink soda.
