The worst customer service I have experienced in years. Bought a brand new 2019 RV from them. We have had many issues with the RV such as, black water leaking all over the floor from day one, toilet leaking from base, water line leaking from outdoor kitchen that flooded the entire kitchen and slide that houses the entertainment center and a cracked cabinet door in the kitchen. Brought it in for service 1 week after purchase for warranty repairs. ( had to call them at least 20 times to set up service). Got the RV back after a week and found out the service tech broke one of the drawers on the outdoor kitchen, notified service dept on the walk thru about this issue and was told they would replace it asap, well it's been 3 months and im still waiting on the replace drawer and kitchen cabinet door. I called numerous times to the service dept and keep getting the run around about what's going on with the replacement items. Debbie is terrible to deal with in the service dept, I called last month and was told the items are in and we will mail them toy you, a month later and still no parts. I called again 3 days ago and was told by Debbie that she is having the parts dept check on what happened to my replacement items and she would call me back, LOL good luck getting a return phone call from them. Guess what? I never got the call back from Debbie. By far the worst RV dealer I have ever dealt with. And the repair the service dept did on the black water valve is terrible, pics attached for this review. $40.000 2019 SportTrek Touring Edition 343VIK RV purchased from Optimum RV. I have even tried asking for the owner or the general manager and get the same BS, we will have someone call you back, LMAO, good luck with that one.
